J and P was originally retained to conduct an investigative study to evaluate the fire protection system at the Eisenhower Hall which boasts of a 4,500 seat theatre, one of the largest in the East Coast. A report on the findings and recommendations was submitted in 2001. Subsequently, the US Army Corps of Engineers directed J and P to prepare construction documents to implement the recommendations.

J and P continues to provide our client, USACE, and our ultimate customer, USMA, with quality, innovative and cost effective design solutions as the project scope of work is refined during the design phase to accommodate evolving customer needs. The final submittal (100%) is currently under review.

J and P is also providing QA/QC review of fire protection engineering and design work performed by other A/E companies for various facilities under the USACE New York District’s jurisdiction.
