Major features of the project include:

• Most energy efficient HVAC system currently in operation in New Jersey Schools.

J and P Engineers provided design and engineering services for energy efficient and environment friendly geothermal HVAC system for this 60,000 sq. ft. new elementary school. The ground provides renewable energy source and heat recovery units were installed to recycle this energy.

This school has been in operation since January of 1998 and the following chart illustrates the energy savings at this school. Some of the conventional schools in this comparison have no air-conditioning.
